Blue Moon Group: Lunch at The Point

This was our second time together down at the Alligator Point House and we were better prepared with provisions...Blue Moon Beer packed in lots of ice in a cooler was the priority and let me tell you- beaching it under the umbrella with one of these cold ones is pure bliss.

I think we spent more time talking about the meal we would have then was necessary but damn, it was good! Put us all into a stupor afterward and naptime followed quickly...

A Composed Salad of

*Sliced Roast Vinegar Chicken with Sweet Onion Roasted Italian Peppers from the Garden at Truett Place
*Avocado, Boiled New Potatoes with Garlic, Garden Tomatoes Strewn with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
* Fresh Herb Mix (Mint, Basil, Parsley) Rice Wine/ Mustard Vinaigrette and Shaved Locatelli Cheese
*Crunchy Bread

Linda Hall Comes to Dinner...(and learns how to blog)

It started out simple enough- Linda would come to the house with here cute little computer in it's cute little pink satchel and I would get her started on a blog she could use to showcase her fantastical and dreamy art work, expound on her Art in Ecology course coming up or just spout some silly musings that seem to stack up in her mind........ Let it out Linda!

Simple turned into a meal and the meal was served in my boudoir, the green room. Pasta with sausage and peppers, a lovely creamed spinach and good crunchy bread....Did I mention the bubbly?

Tarot cards were thrown, Pierre's chocolate to finish the meal and Linda did, at last, learn her lesson...
